1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the az777 platform, including the website at az777.club, all associated games, services, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the az777 Platform. Az777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use az777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be self-excluded from az777 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.

Az777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of az777, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create and maintain only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Az777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on az777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Az777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash digital wallet
• PayMaya / Maya digital wallet
• Philippine bank transfers: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Az777 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are not permitted in accordance with Philippine regulations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Az777 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Az777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Az777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the applicable promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Az777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the az777 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Az777 does not manipulate game results in any way.

By participating in any game on az777, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Az777 is not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions that may affect game play. In the event of a technical malfunction, az777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• You will not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the az777 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the az777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and design elements — is the exclusive property of az777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the az777 Platform without prior written consent from az777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, az777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform.

Az777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your az777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

Az777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the az777 Platform shall first be submitted to az777's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
